Calling all community and family caregivers and providers working on the front lines in mental health, health and human services!

This FREE workshop is designed and led by local therapists Hettie Jans Wortelboer and Regina Morales to offer a heart-center space for the healers of our community.

This workshop will lean into the idea that self-care for caregivers is the foundation of trauma-informed care for those we care for. Come learn skills to calm your nervous system that you can use for yourself and those you support in your daily work and families.

Morning refreshments will be served. Dress comfortably.

In partnership with the Montana Chapter of the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention (AFSP), we invite those who have lost a loved one to suicide to join us for a special gathering.

This event is a chance to find connection, understanding, and hope through shared experiences.

Attendees will have an opportunity to honor thei ones they’ve lost in various ways.

We held a work session on November 6th. Attendees made progress working in this template. LiveWell49 is launching Park County's first suicide prevention coalition, and we need your voices at the table.

By sharing your experiences and insights, you can help shape programs and strategies that will make a real difference in the lives of our neighbors, friends, and families.

Whether you are a survivor of a suicide attempt or have lost someone to suicide, we welcome you to be a part of this process.

This gathering will be a safe space for us to connect, share and discuss how we can work together to prevent suicide in our community.
